Garden Leisure’s 13′ Party/Exercise is our best selling swim spa. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in our showroom, and one of the simplest ways to settle the dilemma of deciding between a pool and a hot tub. With Garden Leisure’s Swim Spa, you get both!

Enjoy a relaxing soak on one side and a refreshing swim on the other. Our stock model features four swim jets, six fountain jets and, of course, body jets that will sooth all your aches and pains. Has room to fit eleven bathers – that’s why it’s called the Party Spa!

Stock tubs include a circulation pump to keep water constantly moving and beautiful LED lights. Exercise package is also available at an additional cost. Holds 1500 gallons of water.
