Hi, I’m McKenzie! I’ve been part of the AAA Spa and Pool Services family for 13 years, and I grew up in the pool industry. Being around the business from a young age helped me understand the importance of my work and sparked a genuine passion for what I do. This company isn’t just where I work; it’s a big part of who I am and holds a special place in my heart. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family. I’m happily married and love every moment of balancing family life with doing what I love.
Earl IV, Field Superviser
Hi, I’m Earl IV! I grew up in the pool industry and have been with AAA Spa and Pool Services for 8 years. Being part of this team comes naturally to me, and I take pride in the work we do every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching football or spending time with friends and family. I’m happily engaged and a proud dog dad to two golden retrievers, Nala and Buckeye, my favorite fur babies.
Braiden, Sales Associate
I joined AAA Spa & Pool Services in May 2024 and quickly felt at home in the pool and spa industry, having grown up around the business. As a Sales Associate, I enjoy helping customers find the right pool or spa while providing knowledgeable guidance on water testing, chemical balance, and product selection. I’m a natural people person who values clear communication and truly enjoys connecting with customers. Building positive relationships and making sure each customer leaves feeling confident and supported is what inspires me every day.
Ben, Sales Specialist
Benjamin is a Sales Specialist at AAA Spa and Pool Services, where he brings a decade of experience in the pool and spa industry. Having worked in the field since 2015, Benjamin is highly knowledgeable in water testing, water balancing, and pool and spa chemical care. He joined AAA Spa and Pool Services in March 2025 and is dedicated to excellent customer service and helping clients enjoy safe, clean, and perfectly balanced water.
Mercedes, Sales Associate
I’m Mercedes and I’ve been part of the AAA Spa and Pool Services team since 2022. I’m happily married and a proud mom to three amazing kids, along with three quirky cats and a dog who keep life fun and busy. Outside of work, I enjoy building Legos, working on artistic projects, and spending time with my family. I’m a big fan of good food and can never say no to a great cup of coffee.
